Who We Are...
Every human has an inbuilt leadership quality. Some have the opportunity to exhibit them while many don’t. It is important to make a person realize their inbuilt leadership quality. Our foundation, We The Leaders, meaning ‘All of us are Leaders’, was established in the year 2020 in the aim of nurturing leaders by strengthening their leadership qualities and making use of this quality in the development of the nation.

Engage the People at large, particularly the Youth of the country to be made conscious about the need to selflessly participate in the community activities.

(iv) Respect for Pluralism.
Promote the spirit of Volunteerism and social service amongst the youth and people of society.
Raise awareness of critical societal issues.
Create a platform so that the youth and people at large in the society can Volunteer in the act of nation building and social change.
Accommodate the time constraints of various sectors of the society. A designed goal for the platform will be to enable the concept “all have to give some time and some have to all time.”

The current growth trajectory, widening the gap between the rich and the poor despite the government’s best efforts, could risk undermining recent decadal gains without timely course correction. A normalized view of corruption and limited expectations of political office leadership are enabling negative influences to hold power.
